Shipping & Returns

We offer priority shipping via the United States Postal Service. Please be sure to provide a full street address and as applicable, include your apartment or suite number. Rates are calculated based on the purchase price of the items per each destination. In the event of inclement weather, delivery may be restricted or delayed.

Damaged Goods

In case of a damaged shipment, be sure to save everything, including the shipping carton. Shipments are insured for the full purchase value. In the event of inclement weather and/or natural disaster, it is possible that delivery via any shipping method may be restricted or impaired. We cannot assume any responsibility in these instances. If you have provided us with a telephone contact number, we will attempt to advise you of anything that may interfere with your delivery. Sorry, we cannot guarantee orders for which we have an incomplete or incorrect address.

Return Policy

We want you to love your new purchase. We inspect every item prior to shipment. However, If you discover a problem after you’ve accepted delivery, please contact us at or 919.621.3554 within 30 days of receipt. 
We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item.
Sales on all clearance items are final and not eligible for a refund; however, the item may be exchanged for an item of equivalent dollar value.
Please retain all packaging material until you’re completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary. We will accept returns with a return authorization within 30 days and issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If an item is damaged in shipping, a replacement item will be sent to you if available with no additional shipping charge.  If no additional replacement items are available, you can choose an item of equal value or receive a full refund.
