The unique, eye-catching beadwork of Symbology products comes from our partnership with a small training center located in the northern region of India in Delhi. The training center is a part of Ruaab SEWA, which partners with women artisans and provides home-based production opportunities and livable wages as well as employee benefits. Through their transparent supply chain and ethical production model, Ruaab SEWA creates job training and employment options for local women while maintaining high quality control standards.

Ruaab SEWA is an arm of one of the top women’s empowerment organizations in India, SEWA Dehli, which aims to support the livelihood, independence, and economic power of women while alleviating poverty in the region. Based on the philosophical guidance of Mahatma Gandhi, SEWA Dehli currently has a membership of over 50,000 women workers committed to the employment and empowerment of women in India.
