Return policy: Items purchased during our warehouse sale are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping

We offer USPS Priority shipping for a base rate of $8 in the United States with delivery between 4-5 business days, along with expedited overnight and UPS priority options. Shipping is free for orders over $150.

International orders are calculated at checkout, with DHL, UPS and USPS options available.

Return Policy

We offer free exchanges and easy returns for all non-sale items. To initiate a return, email sales@symbologyclothing.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for exchange or return. We will email you a pre-paid return label. We must approve all returns/exchanges.

Symbology accepts unworn and unaltered merchandise with a return authorization within 30 days. We will accept returns on wedding dresses as long as they were not custom made and haven't been altered in any way. We will issue a refund within 2-3 weeks of receipt minus the shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. *

Purchases of Symbology sale items are final and not eligible for a refund; however, the item may be exchanged for a Symbology item of equivalent dollar value or store credit. Items marked down on clearance (40% off or more) are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

For all non Symbology brand purchases, exchanges are offered only for items by the same brand. For example, a purchase of a Jimani jewelry item is only eligible for exchange for another Jimani item.

Damaged Goods

In case of a damaged shipment, be sure to save everything, including the shipping carton. Shipments are insured for the full purchase value. In the event of inclement weather and/or natural disaster, it is possible that delivery via any shipping method may be restricted or impaired.

We cannot assume any responsibility in these instances. If you have provided us with a telephone contact number, we will attempt to advise you of anything that may interfere with your delivery. Sorry, we cannot guarantee orders for which we have an incomplete or incorrect address.

International Returns

To return merchandise ordered online from a location outside the U.S., please use the following method.

We are not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
