Wholesale Returns and Exchanges
Wholesale Return Policy: Purchases may be returned within 15 days of delivery for quality control issues, such as a defect, misprint, or does not match the sample. Returns must be unworn, in new condition. Custom orders may not be returned unless otherwise permitted by owner due to quality issue.The shipping fee must be paid for both shipping and receiving the package.
To make a return contact: sales@symbologyclothing.com and use subject line RA Request with your boutique name. Symbology will be in touch within 48 hours to process your request.
Restocking Fee: There will be a 20% restocking fee on any item returned.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit or refund for the amount paid for the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.
Order Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled up to one week prior to shipment with a 20% cancellation fee. Custom orders may not be canceled unless otherwise permitted by Symbology.
If delivered outside of the one month ship window allotted, Symbology will issue an order cancellation and full refund unless otherwise specified by boutique.
Swap Out Policy: Within 1 month of delivery, items can be exchanged for any other available product at an equivalent wholesale price.
