In a nutshell
There's virtually no options for ethically made or sustainably made wedding dresses in general, let alone those that are at a reasonable price point. So we've decided to brave the daunting world of bridal wear and offer wedding and bridesmaids dresses that are affordable, ethically made AND can be worn multiple times. Kinda fits our whole sustainability thing #amiright
Wedding Dresses
We took our best selling, most figure flattering dresses and elevated them with beautiful hand embroidery, beadwork and applique. The bridal collection features stunning bohemian-inspired wedding dresses priced under $800. Because it's just the right mix of comfortable and formal, you'll be able to get lots of wear out of these dresses. Rock it to a beach soiree or fancy holiday party and you're set.

Bridesmaids Dresses
Dresses that are flattering to a range of body shapes and sizes that fit a cohesive color story. And can be worn more than once. We want all bridesmaids to feel comfortable and confident in their dresses (aka avoid that horrific 27 Dresses moment).
My Inspiration
Over the past two years, we've been getting a lot of requests for wedding and bridesmaids dresses. Last year, we outfitted five brides just with our white maxi wrap dresses. That our designs were able to be part of such a special celebration filled my heart with gratitude and excitement to do more.
More Artisan Collaborations
While having a bridal line was never part of my original vision for Symbology, I am beyond excited to delve into it. It actually allows us to collaborate with more women artisans and give them sustained orders, as embroidery and beadwork are more expensive to make.
The wedding dress you choose should be beautiful and reflect your values, with a shelf life of more than one day. We have been so honored to be part of celebrating special moments with you; I hope you'll think of Symbology for your big day.
